Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sripremanjali Trust expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

Users are free to cancel any transaction before it is completed.

Sripremanjali Trust also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously in which case we will examine a request for refund of donation, seek proper explanation and reason from the user.

Also, it will require further verification of the user and need documents of proof as well as for donation before the request can be processed.

However, this will be entertained only under extreme circumstances and Sripremanjali Trust is not obliged to process all claims. Sripremanjali Trust reserves the right of discretion while making decisions in this regard.

No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained if a receipt and tax exemption certificate has been filed or issued.

If any in-kind support received by the donor from anywhere the material or services will strictly be used for the purported cause and it will not be refundable.
